  • Post-M&A dispute in the energy market encompassing: three ICC arbitrations (claim value exceeding PLN 600 million), over a dozen court proceedings, including interim proceedings, post-arbitration, and enforcement proceedings.
  • D&O dispute encompassing two proceedings against board members and one proceeding to cover defense costs (claim value exceeding PLN 80 million).
  • D&O dispute regarding an uncompleted energy investment (claim value exceeding PLN 600 million).
  • Litigation concerning the termination of a loan governed by Cypriot law (claim value exceeding PLN 85 million).
  • Several months of negotiations and drafting settlement documentation in a D&O insurance dispute (claim value exceeding PLN 30 million).
  • Representing a Polish entrepreneur in two arbitration proceedings and an expert proceeding administered by the ICC, in a dispute arising from the sale of shares worth nearly PLN 300 million (claim value exceeding PLN 75 million).
  • Strategic advisory and representation of an investor in a post-acquisition dispute arising from the sale of a healthcare facility network.
  • ICC arbitration concerning the construction of a boiler in a power plant, covering a dispute over delays, defects, contractual penalties, and bank guarantees (claim value exceeding PLN 30 million).
  • Representing an international real estate group in a dispute for damages for causing the termination of a lease agreement and for the return of expenditures (claim value exceeding PLN 2.5 million).
  • Representing a global developer in three proceedings in a tort liability dispute for personal injuries caused by a mentally incapacitated perpetrator.
  • Representing a commercial agent in a dispute over an indemnity payment (claim value exceeding EUR 1 million).
  • Advising a banking consortium on claims arising from an LMA standard financing agreement.
  • Representing a client in proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court and in two proceedings before the Constitutional Tribunal, concerning, inter alia, the statutory exclusion of the judicial path.
