Terms of Service
for the Provision of Electronic Services

  1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
  2. These Terms define the rules for using the website of Alpha Advisory Wais & Drwięga Adwokaci sp.p. headquartered in Warsaw at: ul. Chłodna 22A lok. 9/10, 00-891 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001218608, REGON 543782953, NIP 5273201183 (the "Law Firm"), available at https://alphaadvisory.pl (the "Website"), and in particular the rules for using the contact form (the "Service").
  3. "User" – for the purposes of these Terms means any natural person using the Website.
  4. The Law Firm also provides a "legal consultation qualification" service subject to separate terms and conditions.
  5. These Terms are made available free of charge on the Website and are accessible to every User in a form allowing their downloading, playback and saving at any time.
  6. The Law Firm has the right to modify or suspend the Website at any time, or to discontinue the Website altogether.
  7. The provision of the Service by the Law Firm is free of charge.
  8. The Law Firm has the right to discontinue the Service or modify its scope at any time.
  9. The Law Firm shall not be liable for any malfunction of the Service arising from reasons beyond the Law Firm's control, including technical reasons attributable to telecommunications operators, hosting providers, hacking attacks, or power outages.
  10. Users are prohibited from:
    1. providing unlawful content;
    2. introducing software capable of disrupting the Website's operation;
    3. providing false or misleading personal data;
    4. seeking legal assistance on behalf of a person they are not authorised to represent;
    5. submitting personal data via the form that exceed the required fields;
    6. copying and distributing content and photographs published on the Website, the Law Firm's logo and the Website's graphic layout without the Law Firm's consent, except for permitted sharing of content for non-commercial purposes with full attribution: "Source: Alpha Advisory Wais & Drwięga Adwokaci sp.p. [link]".
  11. Under these Terms, the Law Firm provides a contact form service that enables Users to submit enquiries to the Law Firm through the functionality available on the Website. The contact form is intended exclusively for correspondence related to the Law Firm's activities, i.e. the scope of legal services provided by the Law Firm, obtaining a preliminary fee estimate, or arranging a meeting with the Law Firm's lawyers. The contact form must not be used for correspondence concerning matters already being handled by the Law Firm.
  12. To use the contact form Service, the User should fill in the required fields (first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, message — maximum 800 characters), click the button confirming consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy and these Terms, and then click the send button. Users should not submit additional personal data (such as a full address, national identification number, or sensitive data) unless such data are necessary for the purposes of submitting the enquiry.
  13. Submitting an enquiry via the form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Law Firm's Privacy and Cookies Policy.
  14. Enquiries submitted via the contact form are for informational purposes only and are not covered by legal professional privilege. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically grant the Law Firm a power of attorney, nor does it obligate the Law Firm to accept the case.
  15. The rules governing the processing of personal data in connection with the use of the contact form are set out in the Law Firm's Privacy and Cookies Policy available on the Website.
  16. Proper use of the Service requires:
    1. a device connected to the Internet;
    2. a correctly configured web browser with cookie support enabled;
    3. an active e-mail account.
  17. The Law Firm reserves the right to verify the User's sanctions status before taking any action. The Law Firm may make acceptance of a case or provision of legal advice conditional upon the User providing an appropriate declaration regarding national and international sanctions.
  18. In the event of any malfunction of the Service, the User may submit a complaint to the following e-mail address: . The complaint should include a description of the problem and the User's e-mail address to enable the Law Firm to respond. The Law Firm may request additional information necessary to process the complaint. The Law Firm shall respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving complete information regarding the issue.
  19. The Law Firm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. An amendment becomes effective upon publication of the updated version of the Terms on the Website.
  20. All materials published on the Website and on the social media of the Law Firm and its associates are for informational purposes only and may not be treated as legal advice.
  21. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
  22. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved by the court of general jurisdiction having territorial competence over the Law Firm's registered seat. In relation to Users who are consumers, the preceding sentence applies to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law.
  23. A User who is a consumer may make use of out-of-court dispute resolution and redress mechanisms, including through the ODR platform available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
