Services

We support clients at the pre-litigation stage. We create and implement comprehensive procedural strategies in court disputes and arbitration.

We draft and review contracts, lead negotiations, and manage communications with contractors and third parties. We offer flexible support, from standalone assignments to comprehensive retainer-based legal care.

We provide ongoing legal support under a flexible billing model tailored to the scale and dynamics of your business. This cooperation covers advice on current and contractual matters, while litigation is carried out based on separate agreements.

We take over the most demanding and specialized stages of proceedings, allowing you to maintain control over the entire case while optimizing costs:

  • Document production in arbitration — preparing submissions regarding document production requests, overseeing the end-to-end evidence collection and analysis process.
  • Financial opinions — preparing private expert opinions, challenging errors in court-appointed expert opinions, cross-examining financial experts and witnesses, as well as translating complex economic and financial data into language understandable to the court and parties to the proceedings.

Independent analysis of ongoing or planned disputes. We point out areas needing reinforcement, recommend actions to increase the likelihood of a favorable outcome. We provide an objective opinion on the chances of success, including for the purpose of reserve calculations or decisions on third-party litigation funding.

We act as an external litigation department and strategic hub. We manage key proceedings or are responsible for governance and synergy within a case portfolio by:

  • Oversight and coordination — monitor the activities of other law firms, ensuring the uniformity of arguments and standards across all pending proceedings.
  • Procedural standardization — create dedicated document templates and procedures that optimize work and minimize the risk of errors.
  • Consolidated reporting — consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, transparent status report, providing a real-time overview of your business's legal situation.

Legal Consultation Qualification

We created a service for those who need a quick legal analysis of their situation — without a bulky memorandum and weeks of waiting.

How does it work?

  1. Select a date and confirm your booking with online payment.
  2. Provide a brief description (2–3 sentences) of what the case is about. You don't need to send anything upfront.
  3. 60-minute video consultation: focusing directly on your case.
  4. Short e-mail report: main risks and the recommended course of action.

Who is it for?

  • You have a business problem and are looking for a legal solution.
  • You have an idea for a solution but don't know if it's safe.
  • You want to check if the case has a real chance in court.

After the meeting, you will know: whether we see a chance for a legal solution to the problem and what the options are — from settlement to court battle.
